During your
stay at the Thompson Wellness House, you will be invited to a unique
experience including daily workshops on relaxation, yoga and meditation
sessions. The main themes looked at in the workshops are:

The workshops
are conceived in order to enable participants to have an intimate
personal experience within. They may share with the group or keep
their experience to themselves.
Individual
therapy sessions are available upon request.
Amma and california
massages by a professional massotherapist are also included as well
as reiki treatments.
Participants
have access to a spa and a sauna for the duration of the stay.
The
director of the Thompson House, Rosella Boudreau, is a professional
social worker with experience in therapy and animation. In 1978,
she obtained a Yoga teacher's training degree from Sivananda Yoga
ashram in Grass Valley, California. She teaches meditation and various
relaxation techniques. She also has professional training in focusing,
reiki and rebirth. She has worked at The Solitudes in Pré-d'en-Haut,
New-Brunswick, and recognises the benefits of silence and solitude
in attaining a harmonious connection with the inner self. She has
worked with native people and in mental health for the past 20 years.
